so what i just use the custom whtie balance feature on my camera put this on the lens take a shot and its supposed to be right? or am i wrong and completely didnt catch this things concept....also anyone have this thing and can say whether it works or not? seems like a good concept if....im reading it right

That is a white balance "filter." To put it straight forward, it makes sure the whites are white, the blacks are black and everything in between is shown true to life. The phrase true to life may be to broad, but that's the best way to put it where you might understand it.
