I've been a member here for ages, but totally forgot about the place over the summer. After clearing up my favourites I found it again, so here I am.

Interesting candle studies ... what colour was the candle?
The last sunset is interesting ... lovely colours in the sky.

What is the camera you work with?
Do you remember the data for this last pic here?

    Thanks for the comments!

LaFoto, the candle was a typical white/cream colour. In both pictures, the light of the flame was the only luminescence.

You're going to laugh here, but I use a Kodak P&S. A Kodak LS743 to be exact. I bought it in a sale for about £50 and have to say, I've been INCREDIBLEY impressed!

And I'm afraid I can't remember the settings I used, it won't have been anything too obscure as it is only a basic P&S. I shall try and find out for you though :)

    Thanks again!

    Timmy
