I recently got a nice diana camera, and was looking to get some film for it. After looking for awhile, i got pretty confused about the many different kinds of 120 film that is out there, being i'm pretty new to film.

so, i was just wondering what are your opinions about the different kinds, brands and what kind of film is good for what.

i'm looking for film (can be different kinds) that will do:
    -just general day shots
    -night time exposures
    -and panoramas

    thanks for the help!

I am not very familiar with Diana cameras but I believe they have a limited range of settings (aperture and shutter speed). Knowing those would help in choosing the correct film speed. Also, are you looking for colour or B&W film(s)?

General day shots you can try Kodak Portra 160 NC
For night time shots you can try Kodak Portra 400 NC with a tripod.

For day shots, also have a look at Fuji Reala (100 ISO).
