What type of design tools do you use?

Im looking to get some feedback on what type, if any design tools you use for your photos. By design tools I mean overlays, textures, frames, album pages, photo cards, stuff like that.

Photoshop and PhotoFrame (OnOne Software) for framing and texture overlays.

photoshop, couple of alienskin add-ons, various brushes found around the net, and bridge for organization and RAW viewing.
