Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
What kind of camera were these pictures taken with? The girl that took these said she uses a Nikon D80. Well I own a Nikon D60 and my pictures come out crystal clear. You'd think a Nikon D80 would be better?

Thoughts? Opinions? Please .. ;)

these were taken at very high iso's, which explains (in part) the bad image quality. And yes, the D80 is better.

There are many factors that go into making an image. The brand or model of the camera is probably a very little part of the equation. The lens is a bigger factor and the Photographer is the biggest factor of all.

yup hahah

the camera is only a tool , frankly without the metadata it would be difficult to know

they look as if they took a picture of a hard print.

the problem with myspace and facebook is that they strip the exif from the images, that's why I rarely ever use the two for images. :X

Impossible to tell from those shots what they were taken with, no exif data, and like the other posters said there are so many factors that go into a photograph besides just the camera body itself.

Some possible reasons these are not clear pictures could be they don't know how to focus, high iso and low light resulting in a lot of noise, or a dirty lense, like really smudgy or something. That would be my guess

They are just plain out of focus and, Im willing to be she used the timer.

I think the photographer was trying to create portrait photos - kind we usually saw from the wedding photos. If this is the case than he/she failed to achieve the desired results. Agree with the above, they are out of focus.

would it be mean if i say they were like taken by a low end p&s???

maybe she's experimenting on the photos and sadly she did it only once without other settings.

I was thinking that too actually, they look like they came out of one of my fake SLR's

Truth is even that plastic immitation camera I have will work better in the right hands. That D80 is in the wrong hands if that is in fact what took them.
