What you think about this editorial shot I did?

Local Italian restaurant. Has won best Italian food locally consecutively for 5 years.

3 strobes in umbrellas all around for lighting.

I want to know if it has good composition, if it's editorialish...??? lol come on people

Too much light.
You did not need to light up the conduit going to the ceiling.
There is too much in the shot ... the chef is getting lost in the clutter.
If you are doing an editorial shot of the chef ... then he should be interacting with the viewer.

Well, there's clutter...but I thought somehow it brought the attention to him. I have others of just him, but I liked this picture?

Not much interaction with the chef....

On a hot line such as this, I would want to see more characters that would normally be in the kitchen such as the sous chef, the wait staff, and the chaotic nature of a kitchen in action. Quite possibly have the chef plating a dish or flames on the grill or some sort of interaction. As is, it's not telling much of a story.
