Too much light.
You did not need to light up the conduit going to the ceiling.
There is too much in the shot ... the chef is getting lost in the clutter.
If you are doing an editorial shot of the chef ... then he should be interacting with the viewer.
On a hot line such as this, I would want to see more characters that would normally be in the kitchen such as the sous chef, the wait staff, and the chaotic nature of a kitchen in action. Quite possibly have the chef plating a dish or flames on the grill or some sort of interaction. As is, it's not telling much of a story.
