I want to make a slide show to put on YouTube. It will be about 32 B&W images fading in from black and out to black, with a musical soundtrack. What's the best program for doing this?

I've made a slide show before with Window's MovieMaker. Is there a better program, or is that one fine for YouTube? Also, do you know the YouTube technical requirements for best quality?

A friend who is a pro musician is doing original music. I just need to know the best way to put this together. Thanks.

It probably won't help you since it's for Mac, but I use iMovie or Final Cut Express. However I have used Windows Movie Maker in a pinch. My friend uses Adobe Premiere Elements for his videos though.

I use Adobe Premiere, 6.5 or CS3, both good. Really easy, just drag the pictures onto vid track, add the fade effect, add audio, fade in as wished. You probably already knew the steps but just incase.
