Whats this white stuff?

    No snow round my way since 1989 then we get 2 in 2 years. just been in the garden playing about with the camera. Its not great but I like the strange effect.

    I like the image! The B&W adds to the feel of winter. Nice!

    I like it, but it is missing something, feels to me as if there should be someone or thing hiding in the top branches

    I like the shot but I agree with Jeff. My eyes are also searching through the tree looking for something.

    I see what you mean, I can see that as a good thing. is there a ghost there or not. maybe I could have some fun on photoshop and add a ghost. :)

    cool shot mate,

    i'll play devil's advocate here.

    it has a melancholy feel to it, empty chairs, snow, death & darkness - although it doesn't have a 'center of gravity' to it, i think the lack of subject adds to the mood. Whats missing? Why is it empty? Just my thoughts.

    Although adding a subject or a 'specter' would be kinda cool here as well.

    Eeerrie shot! Personaly, I would open the snow on the ground. I am getting grey on my monitor.
