Where the Wild Things Are

My daughter loves to go back into the "jungle" in our backyard and play. She loves the book "Where the wild things Are", and tells me "Mommy, I be dah Wild Fing!"

These are really gorgeous photos. The only thing that bugs me is in the last one especially her skin. It's a bit yellowy-green. But despite that they're gorgeous. And I really love the purple hat. It really helps bring her out from the background!

Nice. My favorite is #2. Lots of people don't like blurred foreground objects. But when they're used as a frame -- as in #2 -- I think they're quite effective and like them a lot. They add a sense of mystery.

Ever consider flipping #2 so that your daughter is on the right?
