Hello, I am wondering if it is typical to have image credit and copyright info on a promotional poster for a band? Small type in the corner or something? Also , I am giving a band a CD with watermarked low res. shots for web use and another cd of high res. for print purposes. Should I water mark in a small version the high res.? Would that be a problem if they wanted it for cd cover?

All these questions should have been agreed upon before the work started. Personally; the client is paying a lot of money for me not to have my name strewn all over their photos.

Now if it is a free deal... Maybe try and sneak your name in there. Keep in mind that it probably will not help you. People who buy cd's or whatever are not looking for photographers. You need to focus your advertising. On the other hand if your name is on enough work people will notice. It is up to you to figure it out for yourself.
