which charger is better?

got this OPTEX ni-mh charger from BLACK for 19.99 w/ 4 batteries and 2 foriegn adaptors. and there is this Energizer ni-mh charger from HOMEDEPOT w/ 4 battries for 26.99 but this one could do 9v as well. they all have the same mah = 1850. the energizer has better design lol (those front two and back two style, the optex one looks kinda crappy.) they both are over night chargers. Which one should I go after? -> p.s i got some nimh batteries myself.

Only because I won't shop at Home Depot, (issues over rotten service) I'd get the Optex.
