which flash?

Hi I have just bought a couple of these Yongnuo RF-603 C1 Kit Wireless triggers to try taking some flash photos with my Canon 550D (T2i) while away on holiday. The flash I have been advised to buy is the Yongnuo YN-560 II. These flash's come in some different models, the II, III and one with EX afterwards. I was about to buy one of the mark II ones when I noticed it listed a few specific camera models after, the Canon 1000D 1100D 100D 30D. Now I'm concerned that these are not universal. Dose anyone know if there is a specific model I need to work with my camera? and if there are any real differences between the models?

From Yongnuo website your T2I is listed as being compatible for the 560 II
