Which is best?

My brother-in-law just bought a new house and has no wall art. I want to give him a framed 8X10 as a moving in present. His little dog "Kirby" is his absolute love and joy... I tried to take pictures of him all day, and he is the hardest little thing to photograph. These are my personal favorites, I know the weed in front of his face is a little distracting, but I like it. which one(s) do you like for prints? Or should I try again? thanks.

The B&W with a touch more contrast. Slightly burn in the background and crop a bit off the left for a more pensive look.

Thanks guys, I'm only printing 2... which do you preffer between the color version and the B&W? I'm having a really tuff time deciding between the two...

I htink number 2 is the best one, they're all nice but if I owned that dog, for me.. it would be number 2.
