I like the first one. Dark colors make it more interesting and the ocean looks far more ferocious. The 2nd one has better light, but I think it looks normal, and boring. Sometimes an exact representation of color and what the eye sees is far less dramatic.

I like 2 there is more detail in the sky and the water catches the light better
