The fact that he is holding an actual human skull? The fact that he is smiling whilst holding a human skull, or his brothers face on the left? I can't decide...

If the guy with the sunglasses on his head were not holding the skull, I would say, hey, what a handsome young man. I mean, he IS handsome, skull or no skull, but in THIS pose the skull is definitely "taking over".... whoa!

LaFoto, they have the bones because their cousin is studying to be a doctor and for some reason she needed an entire human skeleton. I guess you can buy a real human skeleton in India.... I thought it was kinda weird, but couldn't pass up a photo opp like that.

What's freaky to me is the size of the skull! It's a child? Skulls are much bigger than that where I come from.
