I'm thinking #1 is probably more what the flower looks like to the eye, but with flower pics, I like saturated colors, so #2.

Are these the same picture? It looks like it, but I guess they could just be *almost* the same...

#1 Looks like it's straight out of the camera, #2 looks like the same picture with some PP done.

I like the second one more. Personally, I would bring the blacks back up a little though.
