    The second is the better of two sub-par shots. Can C&C further if you want...

    #2 but I agree with Mark, neither is that special, particularly as they are, with no PP.

    IMHO...
    Neither of these images are really suitable to put on a website...
    As already noted: both have focus and lighting issues...
    Maybe you can correct for the lighting (WB etc) but the OOF will be difficult or impossible in post processing...
    Better to shoot again

    The second image is the better of the two, purely based on it having the better focus.

    Don't listen to people who say your image is not special or not worth putting on your site. If you're happy with it, put it up.
