Which one is better!?

the second one ... because 1 and 3 have very unhealthy alien skin.

did you try to do it less soft?

None of the above, because the eyes are not right in any of them. The whites of the eyes should be white, not blue or pink and the veins in the eyes should be removed in postprocessing.

now this is my honest thoughts.

the faces are way to soft, the eyes look very glassy, and the crop does not accent/compliment the face at all.

Im not a fan of these at all...

1 because the I think the shot is all about the little Omen666 eyes and that one holds my focus without trying.

2 the eyes don't pop
3 the lips distract from the eyes.
