TC, those are beautiful images. I'm invited to do an Elk hunt in a couple of months in October. I've never gone hunting before, but LOVE tramping through the woods. I think I'll pack a .45 Colt on my side and a Nikon D1X to "hunt" with. We'll be at 9,000-10,000 ft looking for bulls in CO.

I've been an avid hunter all my life until the past couple years. I love the experience of hunting, just lost the desire to kill them. I now get the thrill of hunting year round, but leave my gun/bow at home.
