Who will develop and scan/digitize 35mm colour negative film for me? ...in Canada

I can't afford -- or justify affording -- a honkin' expensive 35mm colour negative film scanner. So...are there any companies in Canada that offer a service to develop my 35mm colour negative film, scan them and put the resultant files on a CD?

I live in a dinky little town and I doubt there's anyone here specialized enough to have a film scanner.

I've just remembered that I heard The Lab Works are tops in Winnipeg for this.
