Who works outside in the heat? And has it affected your desire to shoot?

Right now, I would love a little cold...

I spent most of my youth in northern states, now I live in Texas. I miss the winter.
I can't remember the last time I saw snow.
I miss skiing.

The worst part is, all of my cool clothes are winter clothes...lol. I have boxes of stuff I'll never be able to wear here.

The only good news is that while you're hiding in the den during the winter, I'm outside cooking on the grill. Still...I do miss snow. ...And hills.

Still. Don't go to Winnipeg. There's cold, and then there's cold. Winnipeg is the can't-see-because-your-breath-keeps-freezing-in-mid-air, we-could-run-the-LHC-at-full-power-without-cooling-units kind of cold.

I can handle cold. Not sure about my wife.
She's a native Texan, so she doesn't know what it's like to walk through waist deep snow...

Growing up, I was used to a few feet of snow on the ground at Halloween, here in Texas - I have never seen more than an inch. (In Feburary - October is still 100+ sometimes.)

I hate snow!! Living in Pa we sometimes get a lot!

Was 33° here this morning in N. Az. going to be in the mid 70°s today. :D

Ok... NM... HOT... HOTTER... HELL!!!!

Typically, the humidity is around -30%. So I consume about 60 gallons a day (water or otherwise). lol

Motovation.. Sometimes. depends also on where I am at. I just finished shooting a few pics at the Rt 66 casino Car Show, and it got too hot to work. Dehydration is bad out here, and water consuption is a big thing. Anway, I like the fall winter and spring.. it usually holds around 40 F. but I have the same problem. No motovation if its cooking.

I work outside all day anyway, the heat doesn't bother me.

I don't care for being chewed up by bugs while sitting in some remote location waiting for magic hour to get going. The hike out there is fine, but as soon as you stop....they will find you.
