Why hello :)

i have questions.
how do i make my pictures accesible for everyone to see/critisize?
I'm fairly new to computers and definitely dumb with the internet.

And...
the camera i use is kinda hard to figure out. i have been using a Nikon D100 and i am having trouble with getting the color and what-nots correct on my images. little help?
