Wicked Weather This Way Came

Nasty weather came through so I peaked out the front door to take these shots. I don't know how some of you do it, I'm not sure I could get any closer than this!
This is only my second try at lightning and they mostly didn't come out as nice as I had hoped but I decided to share anyway. Thanks for looking! :sillysmi:

i think everyone that has good (and these are) lightning pics sucks but only because all mine suck. i'l get it right soon. Nicely done - nice shots

I second that mccduffie! All of them suck. Grrr. I CAN NOT nail lightening... and I am about to go buy a 1200 lightening detection shutter trigger just to get it out of my blood.
