Width Height tags for images.

Is there anyway to have the site use the width and height tags for images posted? When used pages won't resize everytime a picture loads. (very noticable in the themes section for example, you have to wait until almost everything is loaded to try and read anything, otherwise you wind up scrolling every few seconds)

I realize it might not be possible due to the nature of the forums, but if it is possible, it'd be a welcomed change!
