Nurd,

I found a couple of things on the net.
Here's one:

"For RealPlayer, you will need to turn off the optimized display. You can do this by running RealPlayer, clicking on View -> Preferences, going to the Performance tab, unchecking the box labeled "Use optimized video display", hitting OK, and restarting RealPlayer. Now you may make take a screenshot by pressing the [ALT + PRNTSCRN] combination."

But that didn't work for me. I used this one:

"To take a screenshot from Real Player you must open the 'tools' dropdown box and select 'preferences'. In the new window select 'hardware' from the category list on the left. Then under the 'video card compatibility' section slide the slider all the way to the left so it says 'disable optimized video and overlays'. Now you should be able to take screen shots from Real Player."

This time you don't use the alt-key. It's up to you, but if you'r done taking screenshots, put the slide back, 'cause that improves the image.
