wildlife photography question

Robbins, your 6400 looks like my 1600.... and while you can get away with the noise in concert photography, especially if its for yourself, you can't get away with that level of noise for a paying client.

Well fortunately I don't have that problem, if my pictures don't turn out I can bit bucket them and walk away free and clear. Lol. One of the reasons I'll probably keep my amateur standing forever. It is kind of interesting to see the differences though, I mean before I invested in Nikon I compared the two sensors and the Nikon had a much better high ISO to low noise rating, which is why I chose it initially. But it's kind of interesting to see what those numbers mean in real world results.
 
Here are a few higher ISO samples from the 7d Mark II, but I also have a few processing NR tricks I use... Things have to go really right and a little ETTR helps if possible.. Also don't expect to be able to output a huge JPEG. These are all uploaded at 1600px wide
