Will an 18mp image look good on a 16x24 print?

This image was shot with my Canon 7d (18mp) at iso100 on a Canon 24-70L F2.4 lens. The image is tack sharp viewing it at 100% in Photoshop. It was shot in RAW and converted to TIFF and a professional lab will be printing the image. I was wondering if this image would still look good at a 16x24 print size or do I need something like Qimage to uprez the image?
