Will this specific pack film work in my polariod?

I want to use this film in my Polaroid Land Camera Automatic 100 will it work?
02602743 Fujifilm FP-100C Instant Color Print Film, ISO 100, 3.25" x 4.25", Pack of Ten (10),

or will I have to get this one?
02602760 Fujifilm FP-100C Instant Color Print Film, ISO 100, 4"x5", Pack of Ten (10)

They are the same (I think) just different sizes.

If one or the other will fit, I must ask how I would use it because I don't have a ISO 100 setting, but a 75, 150, 300, and 3000 ISO settings.

I am a complete pack film noob so please help me out here.
