you need to straighten the first one, the lines are slanting to the right. i'd also like to see how that one looks in b&w.
i'm not sure about the dof in the second one. maybe it would look better with more wood in the front in focus? or maybe more wood in the back in focus? i don't know, just guessing here.

and oh yeah, i like 'em btw

Oh ya i know its crooked. Forgot to fix that i guess. Was the first thing i noticed too. I'll try a black and white tomorrow as well as straightening it up. Thanks for the advice!

I just fixed the first photo, it should be slightly straighter now. Hope you guys like it better now.
