"wording help"

hello my name is Manfred
my profession photographer
and I have to write a proposal for one of my customers
the topic of my work in that case is a people shooting in a nice high class office to get pictures of working people, meetings and so on ... no problem but I'm German and I have to write my offer in English.

it would be great if somebody could help me out with some wording and typical professional phrases.

Write it in German then give it to a Professional Transloator (none of the online translators will work.)
and send the company the translated version but tell them to sign the german copy for your satisfaction?

I am actually doing German <-> English translations on the side. As a photographer I am also quite aware of the professional language used in contracts pertaining to the subject.
