I recently joined a gym and have been working out about 4 or 5 times a week with a few friends. I want to be able to track my workout routines and progress. Does anyone know where I can find a template or form online to fill in the blanks to keep up with it. I downloaded a trial version of a program that may help, but I was looking for something simpler than that. (Btw, I'm Beefcake now.) *flexes*
