    Would anyone know if this lens would fit on my D90 for sure.
    Nikon 50mm f1.4 AIS Len

    Yes, but no metering, and can only be used in manual;)

    Thank you so very much for your help. I am still learning and wanted to get a good portrait lens.

    No problem:thumbup: I have a 50mm f/1.8D AF and love it! Bear in mind though, a 50mm on a D90 (DX sensor) will actually be around 80mm because of the cropped sensor. Another great lens for portraiture is the 35mm f/1.8 AF-S DX.
