WTB: Light Stand and Box

Looking to get started with both fitness-studio photography and instructional videos.

I'm in St Petersburg, FL, and I'm looking for a stand and light box to create better light than I have under my training studio florescent lights...

Lots of stuff on Amazon, etc, but I figured I'd look here too.
