XD Photo Cards

Hello - I recently purchased an Olympus SP 510-UZ (my first digital camera) and I have a question about media cards. I see that a few cards are compatible with my camera:

Type H (256MB - 2 GB)
Type M (256MB - 2 GB)
Standard (16MB - 512MB)

I haven't been able to find out the difference between Type H and Type M. Can anyone help with me this? I'm wondering what the best kind is to buy. Thanks for any help! ~Eva
