Yesterday morning's sunrise

It always seems that sunrises/sunsets in Colorado are always the best during Autumn & Winter and yesterday was of no exception at all. It was one of those "OMG where is my camera at" moments, as I like to say. Just looking east from the deck on my house. Minolta 5d| Minolta 18-200 DT Lens| Singh-Ray CPL|

Totally and absolutely stunning!!!
And you are lucky to have such an unobstructed view east right were you live! On the very few occasions that we get clouds lit-from-below by the non-yet-risen sun, which I am sure to capture on film/card, I get all our neighbours' houses into my frame... Sigh......

I think my favourite of these is 2, but with photos like this it is really hard to tell which one could be THE FAVOURITE. They are all so good.
