Alright, well i'm trying to throw some HDR images together using photoshop CS4. Well When i go to automate -> Merge to HDR... i get this pop up.

Anybody know what is causing this?

My first guess would be lack of memory. What sort of system are you running, and how many images of how many Mb each are you trying to merge?

I'm running an Athlon 64 X2 dual core 5000+ 2.61ghz cpu with 2gb of ram on XP. And that's before it even let's me choose pictures to open.

This shows up when i click on the "Merge to HDR" selection, before i can even choose photos.

Did you download and install the patches (if any) for your photoshop already? What about reinstallation of photoshop?

Download Dynamic Photo HDR - I think it is (functionality wise) better than Photomax and definitely better than using Adobe. One click versus, twiddling about in Photoshop's adjustment layers to get a decent result.
