You will spend more on coffee this year than what it would cost to save one of these children...

Today, millions of children in developing countries are suffering with cleft lip and palate. Condemned to a lifetime of malnutrition, shame and isolation. The good news is that virtualy all of these children can be helped. This is the mission of The Smile Train. They empower local surgeons to provide this life changing free cleft surgery which takes as little as 45 minutes and costs as little as UK£150 .. or US $250. It gives desperate children not just a new smile - but a new life.

100% of your donation goes towards programs - 0% goes towards overheads. All nonprogram expenses, such as overhead and fund-raising, are paid for with start-up grants from founding supporters.

The Smile Train - changing the world one smile at a time.

UK£150 provides cleft surgery for one child, £30 provides medications for one surgery, £75 covers half the cost of one surgery.

    peace/out....//2fbz :hugs:

    No I won't, because I don't like coffee!

Seriously though, I will donate later.
