The subject matter, the child, is moving out of the frame rather than into it. May I suggest that the person sitting on the fountain should be asked to move out of the frame, the lady in red trousers should be cropped out or wait for her to move away, then the child should be standing to the other side of the fountain. Without this, you merely havea snapshot rather than a photograph. IMHO that is.
