That was my first logical thought as well although it's actually impossible. And then I discovered the objects on a different angle seconds before in the first photo sent to me which I initially dismissed. You can see them flying on a different angle in a different position. These are not reflections.

yep, definately streetlight reflections...you can clearly see they are streetlights...
...also, I downloaded the picture, opened in photoshop and copied the "reflections" to a new layer and moved that over the streetlights and it's a perfect match...
