Unfortunately, you have done this beautiful young lady a great disservice. The position within the frame that you have chosen to use for her face is incorrect. The most favourable place, using "The rule of thirds" is to the right of the present position, 1/3 from the top and 1/3 from RHS. This would leave the lady looking INTO the picture rather than LOOKING OUT of it. In addition this would include the lady's right arm which would help.
