Don't you just love this? Well balanced and very well thought out. I would have preferred to have seen the lady further to the LHS, looking into the picture rather than looking out, but the swirl of the water seems to be able to take precedence in balancing the whole thing. Nice colours too, but is she 'fooling about' or posing just for the camera?
