^ there is no manual aperture on my lense. Though, i took it off and cleaned it, and it seemed to work after...cleaned the contacts that is...but it happened again after...and then i found out my lense can shift ever so slightly when its locked in place....i think thats what's been doing it, so...

hello, I'm not sure if this is the right section of the forum for this question, but here it is. Twice now my aperture on my Nikon D-80 has stuck, and on the little top screen where it shows what aperture i have selected, it's blank, it shows 'F--' and i cant choose an aperture and it wont take...

well theres a first i think for me, i've never inspired anyone with my pics before i don't think! and as for the digi lense not working, i think it is becuase of the no adjusting the aperture, so shorty i think you're right there. and Polygon i used a really old (from '76 if it came with my old...

i was just holding it, my digi lense doesnt actualy work for this, so i was using my old pentax film lense for it, its realy fun, but as you mentioned pretty hard, but yea, i was just holding it onto the camera. Jeff

yea i like the third a lot too...the coolest part is the reflection looks concave, but the thing i had the camera on was round (convex haha) so i thought it was weird how it turned out, but i like it quite a bit! thanks a lot! Jeff

yea i wasn't going for any extravigant, it was just a fun trip with the fellas, and in the first one, we are definitely gather wood for the fire, we skimmed the beach for driftwood and had a fairly nice beach fire :D Jeff

Hello, My Dad's girlfriend just got a new pentax K-10....and she got a lense hood (this one http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/419170-REG/Pentax_38741_PH_RBA_Lens_Hood.html ) and theres a little tab you can slide off the bottom, like a trapdoor, does anyone know what it's purpose is? thanks...
