I went to this place last week. It's a junkyard that's been there since 1931. Now, it's more of a museum than junkyard. 40+ acres, and 4000+ cars. Very interesting place. I only saw about 200 of the cars!

Oldmacman: The only thing I did was to use an ND filter on the lens, a 3 stop one at that. The water was mostly in the shade, which helped, and the ND really gave me the motion I was looking for.
It's along Centennial Olympic Park Dr, just north of Int'l, right next to the sidewalk. Not sure if this is new, which is why I never saw it before, or if I just didn't walk through that part of the park.
In my opinion, ANY camera that can shoot on manual will work fine. I never use AEB because I rarely shoot the same number of over and under exposures. Get something you like, that the controls work for you, shoot on manual and go for it.
