I have for sale one used Nikon N80. The camera is in a great shape and has had maybe 20 rolls through it. It has always been carried in a protective bag and has never been dropped, been wet, or had any kind of malfunction. The camera comes with the MB-16 grip which accepts AA's instead of...
I have up for sale one Nikon N90s and SB-24. The N90s was a backup for a backup and hardly ever used. The SB-24 shows some wear, but still functions 100%. I hate to get rid of these, but I was recently layed off, and the mortgage will not pay itself. I am asking $175 for the N90s shipped...
I got a AF-S Nikkor 70-200mm/2.8G VR ED IF (great lens) and I am retiring my AF Nikkor 80-200mm/2.8D ED IF. It is a spectacular lens, and is in great condition. The glass is PERFECT. I am asking $600 shipped to the continental US. If anyone is interested, please let me know and we can go from...
I am a Nikon man. I have two Canon AE-1's (one is regular, the other is a program) and I want to get the Nikon equivalent. There are lots of manual Canon fans that love the AE-1...what is the Nikon equivalent of the AE-1? a FG? FM? EM? what should I look for?
Also, I have some Ai-S...
After I posted my thread, I thought about just painting tiger stripes on a camera with a brush. This is a much better idea, but I do love the leather!

I own way to many cameras, and I just thought it would be fun to spray paint an old camera of mine. I figure I can tape off the buttons, hotshoe, LCD, lens mount, etc. and change it from black to OD green or something like that. Has anyone ever done this?

I got a great deal on on Polaroid High Definition 800 speed color negative film. I did not have a set purpose for this film, but I could not pass up the deal. I exposed, processed and printed a few rolls of it, and it is very grainy. I have not touched it since then and I have several boxes...
I recently purchased a lot of B&W film from Adorama, and then I found out the costs for developing and printing. A good local shop will do 36 exposures for about $16. Wal-Mart (I know, I know) will do a two-week send out for about $8. Putting aside the cost of the equipment, it is cheaper to...
I like to take my time with photography and get things done the way I want them on the negative. I actually bought a nice Nikon digital camera first, then bought a nice film camera second. I wanted a little more challenge. I wanted to actually learn about f stops, shutter speeds, DOF...
I generally see everyone using either ISO 100 (which I prefer) or ISO 400, but never ISO 200...why is this? I understand that ISO 200 is only one stop away from either 100 or 400, but is there another reason?

I was not 100% sure where to put this question, as it seems to fall into many realms.
I have been looking through some wedding photography samples, and one thing that I LOVE are pictures with rounded corners. It would be like having a 4x6 print made and then going to each of the four couners...
