Thank you all... So to summaraize, I should watch the histogram a bit more, use plug-ins for noise reduction in post processing and maybe try to master luminosity mask so that I don't have halos at edge of dark and light which I think is caused by hand blending...

I usually do multiple exposure and blend using luminosity mask or use two exposure from the same RAW file. But I always watch my histogram so not too under exposed. I don't know how to do to noise reduction in PP.

I use an iMac at home for processing my photos. When I upload them to different sites and look at them in other monitors or even on my iPhone, the colors are not as vivid and vibrant as I see in my iMac. They are desaturated and blah....<BR>What should I do?<BR>

In some of the Milky Way shots that I have seen had the flash light.. But it's OK if it's just for creative reasons.. I thought there was some technical reason behind it ;)

Just curious.. does anyone know why in most of milky way photos, there is someone in foreground holding a flashlight in to the sky? I understand about having a foreground to give depth and make it more interesting but why a person with flashlight?? There are so many of the same set up.

Yes of course but I guess what I am asking is does it worth the extra $$? Would I see a big difference between 8GB and 16GB ram? From previous posts, it sounds like Fusion Drive is not worth the extra money but what about extra ram?
