I recently purchased an x-t10 and an 18-55mm lens. I bought the mirror less camera because of the size. I backpack and I thought the smaller size would be great for travel. I've heard great things about the lens and how sharp it is, but the pictures I've been taking look a little soft to me...

I was just wondering if anyone knew what was on the back of my lcd Monitor? It's a circle with 2 intersecting lines and when they line up the line is green. I was playing around with my custom settings, but I cleared them and the circle and lines are still there. Thanks
I'm playing around in DPP with the RGB curves and trying to figure out if the black and white looked okay, but it's hard to tell. The people are in the shade, so they will be darker, but are they too dark? For the first one, I bumped up the contrast. Thanks. Also, feel free to edit.
