All I can think of is the "ue" is a way of spelling out the "a" with 2 dots.

Since I'm a car nut I have many photos of just cars or parking areas in and around St. Louis from the 80's and 90's. Maybe someday in the near future I can revisit those areas and take photos of "now".
The lab is correct in guessing that the film did not advance. I have seen it thousands of times at my lab. Other than that if the camera shutter is not working or the film was shot VERY unexposed the film will be blank.
I always load the film and advance once while the back is open to make sure...
Not sure about special type of glass but I was taught to a use a north or south-facing window, they are most reliable and flattering in terms of portraiture lighting. Because the sun doesn't shine through them directly, their lighting is usually evenly diffused and soft.
I have processed a few rolls for customers, not sure where they got it. It seems very close to the old Kodak Tri-X Pro 320 (I think that is only in 4x5 sheets now?). Not sure why they say to shoot at 200 but the ones I did develop (Stock D-76) look OK.
Been thinking of trying a 120 roll myself.
