I'm loving one and two! They are great shots, what was your lighting setup?
It was shot at f/4 1/200 and 100 ISO the lighting was a strobe triggered wirelessly at 1/2 power through an umbrella and was placed camera left.
It feels a little flat to me, I'd like to see more contrast and texture I think.

I would make an adjustment layer for curves but set the layer property to luminosity that can help some of the slight wonky color you're getting...
I would recommend moving your flash off board and diffusing it. It lets you control your lighting a little more.
