As far as I know only Leica R lenses can be adapted to Nikon without additional glass elements still maintaining infinity.

Imo it's a question of OS. Recent Macs are basically pcs in stylish cases. If I had the money I would always buy the most recent mac because of macos.

Plus the market is saturated with capable digital cameras. The mpix war is over now, nobody cares.
The F100 is great camera. Also consider the F4 if you don't mind slow af. The N90 is the best bang for the buck - ca 30 :)
It is a super cool body but lacks a split prism focusing screen which is a pity because it was designed to use vintage lenses.
