    ID help! Unknown insect!

Walkingsticks eat leaves and such. After doing a bit of research into tpe's suggestion, I've decided that it is an assassin bug nymph. I found a few pictures that look similar to it. Thanks for the help! :)

You know, I bet if just one of these was HDR, people would be all over it like white on rice. :grumpy:

    ID help! Unknown insect!

I just saw a picture of a wheel bug in the Photo Themes forum, so I checked it out. The nymphs are reddish. I'll give the assassin bug a try. Thanks! :)

    INSECTS

I've got a few to contribute! 1) My only successful macro of a flying insect! 2) That's a face only a mother could love. 3) Black-spotted orange beetle 4) Anyone know what this is? 5) Organ pipe mud dauber, I think.

    ID help! Unknown insect!

In case no one looks at my Ohiopyle thread, I'm posting this photo separately. I looked everywhere online, but I couldn't find out what this green bug was. It was eating a fly, so I thought it might be some sort of mantid, but its head isn't the right shape. Any ideas?

    Doggies!

Thanks. :) I know the second one is a little dark. I forgot I had the EV compensation set at -1. I upped the gamma a bit in Photoshop, but I couldn't do too much without it looking terribly washed out. :|

    Tiger

The original is definitely better. If you're interested, I've attached my own edit. :) The colors are slightly more vivid than in the original, but it's not as oversaturated as your edit (no offense).

    Cool bug

Thanks. I don't think it was a mosquito, at least not a female. It was way too big.

Wow, thanks. How'd you fix his eyes? Nothing seemed to work for me.

    Waterfall Suggestions?

    Thanks. I've got a tripod. My camera is a point-and-shoot, though. I don't know how I'd use a filter with it. :|
